I get that. I just imagine this person trying to find a street and slowing

down in traffic abruptly to do so. It's not so much that they can't read english, as it is that they were so unprepared to take their drivers test that they needed someone else to help them out. I want people on the roads with common sense. Yes, that includes everyone.
